1999: Arranged and directed first art workshop program for the Anguilla International Arts Festival, Anguilla, BWI. This included recruiting and retaining on contract
4 distinguished, American artists, each specializing in specific mediums.

1997: Demonstrated/participated in the first Anguilla International Arts Festival, Anguilla, BWI.

1994: Conducted exclusive 2-week long workshops for experienced artists to attain a more professional level in their painting careers (selected by their portfolios of work).

1992: Conducted a 2-week workshop for the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, Ashford, CT

1990: Artist in Residence, St. Maarten, NA, for gifted children and for teachers.

1990: Organized Summer Mission Program: a special study group of gifted young adults in preparation for further education.
